Ticket Exchanges
Can’t make an event? Exchange your tickets.
Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before your regularly-scheduled event or before the event for which you wish to exchange your ticket, whichever date comes first. Day-of-event exchanges are not possible.
To exchange your ticket follow the instructions below. Single ticket exchanges will be charged a $5 per transaction exchange fee (waived during COVID-19 while our Attendance Policy is in effect).
Season Subscribers get access to low or no fee exchanges depending on the package.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS BY EMAIL:
EMAIL US, no later than 24 hours before your purchased ticketed event or before the event for which you wish to exchange your ticket, whichever date comes first. Please attach your original Order Confirmation email, or another digital copy of your order, and note your new desired section, row and seat(s) (pending availability). You will receive a new Exchange Confirmation email within 24hrs. Delete your original Confirmation Email and recycle any tickets you may have printed. Show the PDF(s) attached at the bottom of your new Order Confirmation email to the Ushers (either printed or on your mobile device) beginning 30 minutes before the scheduled event. If you need a reprint please visit the Box Office starting one (1) hour before the scheduled event.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS BY PHONE:
Have your tickets available, including your order number, and call 303 772 1335, Tue–Fri, 10am–4pm. If your email address is on file you will receive an Exchange Confirmation email within 24hrs. Delete your original Confirmation Email and recycle any tickets you may have printed. Show the PDF(s) attached at the bottom of your new Order Confirmation email to the Ushers (either printed or on your mobile device) beginning 30 minutes before the scheduled event. If you need a reprint please visit the Box Office beginning (one) 1 hour before the scheduled event.

Ticket exchanges in person are available Tue-Fri, 10am-4pm or by appointment. Call 303 772 1335 for an appointment or visit us:

TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS BY MAIL:
At least 10 days prior to your scheduled event please include the tickets to be exchanged, a note with your exchange request and desired section, row and seat(s)(pending availability), and send via First Class Mail⁺ to:

⁺ Please note: larger or more complicated exchange requests may require Priority Mail service. Exchange requests received after the 24 hour deadline will incur an additional $3 PRIORITY Exchange fee. Day-of-performance exchanges are not possible.
